Who will be installing my fireplace?
Foyer Universel. Period. We refuse to use subcontractors. Every single installation is performed by our own in-house, RBQ-certified technicians. This ensures 100% quality control, safety, and accountability from start to finish.
What happens after I submit a form?
Our technical team reviews your dimensions, photos, and project details. We’ll follow up within 1–2 business days to confirm feasibility, recommend specific models, or request a quick showroom visit to finalize the plan.
What should I bring to the showroom?
If you have them: floor plans, room dimensions, photos of the current space (inside and outside if venting is needed), and any inspiration photos (Pinterest, Houzz).
Do you provide complete installation?
Yes. Foyer Universel offers end-to-end installation by our certified technicians — from gas lines to venting. We coordinate with your contractor for finishing (drywall, stone, mantel) to ensure all clearances are respected.
