EXCELDirect® conduits are made of stainless steel with a galvalume outer wall, and satin - finish steel for the black pipes. The inner and outer walls are continuously welded to ensure they remain perfectly round. The precision of the assembly system is achieved directly on the male and female ends of each pipe.

The precision of the assembly system, combined with the precision of continuous welding, allows EXCELDirect® to meet two performance objectives:

• EXCELDirect® is the most airtight and airtight system in the industry: the interior is sheathed to make it completely airtight.
• EXCELDirect® is the fastest and easiest system to install.

The lengths fit together effortlessly and are secured with three small metal screws through machined holes.

EXCELDirect® has been tested and approved according to UL2112 by Underwriter Laboratories Inc.
