Stûv 16 Series

Fire in its purest form. Equipped with Single Burn Rate (SBR) automatic control, these models are incredibly easy to use: no air damper to manipulate, just light the logs and enjoy.

Stûv goes to great lengths to hide the mechanics. There are no visible handles. A simple, elegant removable key serves as the tool to open the hinged door safely.

Heat is returned to the room through a discreet opening. No noisy fan is required since convection happens naturally by gravity, wrapping the room in a gentle warmth.

What is the difference between the 16-in and the 16-Z?

Both are fireplaces (inserts). The 16-In is designed to slide directly into an exisiting masonry hearth. The 16-Z is a zero clearance fireplace that is designed to be framed seamlessly on an existing or new wall.
